Bead Society Check In Table

• 9 am until 11 am -- you'll check in vendors, hand them their packet and be available to answer their questions
• 11 am until 2 pm. -- you'll be available to answer vendor questions and information regarding joining the Bead Society
• 2 pm until 5 pm. -- you'll be there for vendor check out and receive commission checks

Assist with Beverages for Vendors

• Assist with hospitality volunteer - 9 am until 4 pm

Assist with Rental Company Set Up

• Friday 3 pm until 5 pm
• Saturday 6 am until 8 am
